Nemira makes durable goods for the physical problems that never quite go away. The back after a long drive. The hip at the desk. The neck after a night on the wrong pillow. One at a time, properly.
Where this started
The problems that wear people down are rarely the dramatic ones. They are the ones you stop mentioning - not bad enough to see anyone about, never quite gone either. You just quietly build the day around them.
And the things sold to help are some of the worst-made products in retail. Cheap foam, enormous claims, finished inside a month. Buy two of those and you stop believing anything in the category works, which is the real damage.
So we started at the other end. Take one problem. Talk to the people living with it until we understand it properly. Build one thing that still works in month six. Then look at the next problem.

I did not start this to sell cushions. I started it because I was tired of buying things that worked for about three weeks, and I wanted to make something I would still be using in a year.
How we work
We Start With People, Not Products.
We are a small team. That is a limit on how fast we can move, and it is also the only reason we can afford to do it this way.
We listen before we design
We talk to people living with the problem first - what they have already tried, what they gave up on, and what they actually do at four in the afternoon when it gets bad. That conversation decides the product, not the other way round.
We build for month six
Anything feels good in the first week. The only test that counts is whether it still holds its shape after a season of real daily use, which is precisely where this category falls over.
We test on the people who complained
Prototypes go out to drivers and desk workers who told us the last thing failed them. If they quietly stop using it, it does not ship, however good it looked on paper.
It is a slow way to build a company. It is the only way we would want to buy from one.
